Internal movement of employees resulting from a reorganization left two Staff Accountant jobs vacant, within the Accounting Group. These vacancies negatively influenced reporting of month end financials and strained the entire department.
Due to the aforementioned Enterprise wide reorganization, the client’s internal talent acquisition department was heavily taxed with filling other jobs. As a result these positions proved challenging to fill with internal resources.
